The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) arrested over the past three months nearly 300 Palestinians from al-Khalil to the south of the West Bank Prisoners Information Center revealed.
The reported arrests include 12 Palestinian women and 53 children including an 8-year-old boy the center added.
The two MPs Samira Halaiqa and Mohamed Ismail al-Tal from al-Khalil were also arrested during the reported period.
The center pointed out that the highest rates of Israeli arrest campaigns are regularly reported in al-Khalil.
Since the beginning of 2017 two Palestinian prisoners from al-Khalil were sentenced to life in prison while 68 administrative detention orders were issued against prisoners of al-Khalil.
There are currently 6500 Palestinian prisoners held arbitrarily in Israeli jails including 62 women 300 children and 500 administrative detainees.
