480 Palestinian citizens including 75 children and minors were either detained or jailed by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) in the West Bank Jerusalem and the Gaza Strip during last march.
According to a report issued by the Palestinian Prisoner Center for Studies 17 of those detainees were from the Gaza Strip including five fishermen.
Spokesman for the center Riyadh al-Ashqar stated in the report that the detainees also included five journalists 16 women and girls and five lawmakers.
During the reporting month Israeli military courts issued 65 administrative detention orders against Palestinian prisoners.
25 of those detention orders were issued for the first time against prisoners and the others were extensions to previous similar orders against 40 prisoners who have spent months or years in jail with no indictment or trial.
