W. Bank homes raided citizens kidnapped during IOF dawn campaigns

The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) at dawn Monday raided homes and kidnapped citizens during campaigns in different West Bank areas.

A communiqué released by the Israeli army claimed its forces arrested eight Palestinians in overnight West Bank campaigns.

According to local sources an Israeli military force with vehicles and one bulldozer stormed Beit Ummar town north of al-Khalil city and embarked on searching some homes.

Local sources told the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) that the IOF also searched the town’s Grand Mosque and its main graveyard.

However no arrests have been reported during the IOF campaign in the town.

In Nablus a large number of Israeli troops stormed Madama town in the south raided homes and verified personal information of citizens.

Eyewitnesses reported seeing soldiers storming homes in the central neighborhood of the town without making arrests.

Meanwhile Israeli soldiers carried out raids on homes in Bethlehem and Qalqilya and kidnapped two citizens identified as Ayed al-Harimi and Odai Haneyya.

In east Jerusalem Israeli police forces kidnapped at dawn three Palestinians from their homes in Issawiya district. They were identified as Hatem Zumorod Mohamed Naser and Mohamed Muhaisen.

In Ramallah a female university student called Istabraq at-Tamimi from al-Ram town in Jerusalem was kidnapped by Israeli soldiers from her residence in Birzeit town.

Last night Israeli soldiers kidnapped 19-year-old Sutan an-Naqib a resident of Askar refugee camp in Nablus at a makeshift checkpoint near Anata town northeast of Occupied Jerusalem.
