Hamas on Thursday acclaimed a report by the UN Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) for describing the Israeli occupation as an Apartheid regime.
Hamas spokesman Fawzi Barhoum said in a press statement that the report issued by the UN organ scores a goal in favor of the Palestinian cause and reveals the reality of the “Zionist entity” and its danger on the entire region.
“The report is a proof of Israel’s terrorism and its atrocious crimes against the Palestinian people” said Barhoum.
He urged the international community to adopt ESCWA’s position work on impeaching the Israeli war criminals and isolate the “racist Israeli entity”.
