Nearly 102 Israeli settlers stormed Tuesday morning al-Aqsa Mosque under Israeli police protection in flagrant provocation to the Palestinian worshipers.
Since the early morning hours 45 settlers and 57 soldiers in their military uniforms broke into al-Aqsa via the Magharibeh gate.
Meanwhile two Jerusalemite young women were detained at one of al-Aqsa’s gates and taken for investigation for unknown reasons.
Over the past week 330 Israeli settlers and soldiers stormed al-Aqsa and carried out provocative tours.
Israeli settlers escalated their break-ins into al-Aqsa Mosque recently as part of the Israeli plan to divide the Mosque and to impose a fait accompli in the holy city.
