The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) arrested on Friday evening four Palestinian youths near Bani Na’im town to the east of al-Khalil city.
Radio Israel said that the Israeli soldiers found a weapon while searching the vehicle the four youths were riding.
The broadcast claimed that the Israeli soldiers stopped a “suspicious” Palestinian car for inspection and found a Kalashnikov rifle inside. The four Palestinians in the car were arrested and taken for interrogation it added.
The IOF soldiers routinely set up abrupt checkpoints on the roads of the West Bank and search the Palestinian vehicles at will.
