Israel’s Civil Administration has notified Palestinians confirming ownership of lands adjacent to the illegal Amona outpost of its intention to dismember the ownership of their lands Haaretz reported on Tuesday.
The Israeli Civil Administration announced its intent to install the Amona settlers on the Palestinian-owned land which it considers abandoned.
According to the same source lands declared by the occupation authorities as “absentee property” will be handed out to the Israeli settlers.
The Israeli authorities reportedly notified the Palestinian land owners of the move.
Recently the Israeli civil administration grabbed hold of Palestinian lands near the illegal Amona outpost in the occupied West Bank.
Last year the Israeli Supreme Court ruled for evacuating Amona outpost after Palestinians proved their private ownership of the lands.
