Hamas Jihad: Israel’s execution of al-Salhi sign of state terrorism

Tuesday 10-January-2017

Hamas and the Islamic Jihad condemned Tuesday Israel’s cold-blooded murder of the Palestinian ex-prisoner Mohamed al-Salhi 25.

Hamas strongly denounced the extrajudicial execution of 25-year-old al-Salhi following an assault on al-Feraa Camp in Jenin dubbing it “a horrendous crime” and a “preplanned act of terror.”

Hamas spokesman Abdul Latif Al-Kanou’ said the raid on al-Feraa camp is a sign of Israeli “barbarism.”

He slammed the security coordination between the Abbas-run Palestinian Authority (PA) forces and the Israeli occupation army.

Hamas called on the PA to immediately cease security coordination in response to the unspeakable Israeli crimes perpetrated against the innocent Palestinians.

Meanwhile Islamic Jihad media spokesperson Daoud Shehab said the cold-blooded execution of al-Salhi makes part of an Israeli state terrorism against the Palestinian people.

He strongly condemned the silence maintained by the international community vis-à-vis the simmering Israeli terrorism and human rights violations in the occupied Palestine territories.

He called for a popular uprising in the face of the incessant Israeli crimes.

“Yesterday the Israelis killed the Palestinian fishermen Ahmad al-Hessi while seeking a livelihood to feed his children in the blockaded Gaza Strip. Today they dared execute youngster Mohamed al-Salhi at his own home” added the Islamic Jihad spokesperson.

Ex-prisoner Mohamed Subhi al-Salhi was fatally shot by the Israeli occupation soldiers at dawn Tuesday inside his family home in al-Feraa camp in the northern West Bank and in the presence of his elderly mother.
