The Palestinian ministry of education announced that schools in Gaza would be closed on Tuesday because of the Israeli military aggression.
“For the safety of students there will be no schools tomorrow on Tuesday” deputy minister Ziyad Thabet stated in a press release.
All universities and educational institutions in Gaza also decided to close their doors on Tuesday for the same reason.
The besieged Gaza Strip has been under constant attack by the Israeli occupation forces since Monday afternoon. Several Palestinians were either killed or wounded during artillery and aerial attacks.
