Dozens of Jewish settlers on Thursday morning swarmed the Aqsa Mosque’s courtyards under police protection.
Quds Press quoted an official source from the Islamic Waqf Authority that the Israeli police deployed dozens of armed officers throughout the Mosque’s courtyards to secure the morning tours of settlers.
45 settlers including 11 tour guides were allowed to defile the Mosque.
Meanwhile police forces at the Mosque’s gates and entrances imposed entry restrictions on Muslim worshipers through searching them and confiscating their ID cards.
