Two Palestinian citizens suffered serious injuries after a Jewish settler driving at high speed ran them over deliberately on a road in Qalqilya province in the occupied West Bank.
The settler fled the scene after carrying out his car-ramming attack on the main road near Kafr Laqif village according to eyewitnesses.
The Red Crescent said the victims were badly injured in the attack and rushed to a local hospital for medical assistance.
