The Israeli occupation authorities released the Palestinian woman Fairouz Abu Sheikha the brother of a Palestinian protester who carried out an alleged anti-occupation attack near the illegal Israeli settlement of Barkan.
Abu Sheikha had been detained for hours by the Israeli occupation forces and subjected to exhaustive interrogation.
Her husband Nasr Sherim a lecturer at An-Najah University said his wife was released at daybreak on Monday following intensive questioning by Israeli officers.
Overnight a heavily-armed Israeli patrol stormed the dormitory of An-Najah University’s staff members in al-Maajeen neighborhood in Nablus and kidnapped the woman also a lecturer at the institution and a mother of several sons and daughters.
