Palestinian masses marched at noontime Wednesday in the funeral processions of two Palestinian young men killed by Israeli bullet fire in the blockaded Gaza Strip.
The funeral of Ahmad Omar 20 kicked off from the Shifaa Hospital in Gaza. Hamas chief Ismail Haneyya was in attendance.
Mourners carried the body of 32-year-old Mohamed Abu Naji to AlShuhadaa Cemetery in Gaza.
Angry mourners yelled slogans condemning Israel’s horrendous crimes against the Palestinians and pushing for an urgent response by the Palestinian resistance.
The two casualties were fatally gunned down by the Israeli occupation forces as they joined peaceful protests staged at Erez border crossing north of the blockaded Gaza Strip to speak up for Palestinian refugees’ rights.
