Israeli occupation bans travel of 21 Palestinians via Karama crossing

Tuesday 7-August-2018

The Israeli occupation authorities prevented 21 Palestinian civilians from travelling through the Karama border crossing with Jordan under the security guise.

The General Administration of Crossings and Borders said in a Tuesday statement that 12025 Palestinians managed to pass through both sides of the crossing on Monday. 21 were however banned from crossing the terminal.

The same source added that 6787 Palestinians left the occupied Palestinian territories through the crossing and 5238 others arrived in the territory.

The Karama border-crossing is scheduled to operate on Tuesday for 24 hours on both sides.
