The Israeli government approved on Tuesday the construction of two settlements in Negev south of territories occupied in 1948.
According to the Hebrew-speaking magazine the Marker the two approved settlements are to be named Daniel and Nitesnit.
2100 housing units are expected to be built as part of the newly-approved bid.
Daniel settlement will be allotted to children and adults with mental and physical disabilities.
The second settlement is to be built on the Egypt-Palestine border.
