The Israeli occupation army surprisingly started on Sunday large-scale military maneuvers in the Golan Heights.
The exercise is expected to continue for several days during which heavy traffic will be felt and explosions will be heard.
The Israeli army spokesman said the drills were planned in advance as part of training camps for 2018 and are intended to maintain the fitness and readiness of occupation forces.
He added that thousands of soldier-reservists have been summoned to join the maneuvers.
