Palestinian Ministry of Interior and National Security in Gaza Strip praised the Palestinian crowds who took part in the great march of return held on the Land Day on Friday.
The spokesman of the Interior Ministry Iyyad al-Bazem said that the ministry is in a state of mobilization as the police and security forces as well as civil defense crews are deployed in all governorates for maintaining security and offering help to the participants.
Thousands of Palestinians took to the streets on Gaza and 1948 Occupied Palestine in participation in the great massive march of return on the Land Day. Clashes erupted between the protesters and Israeli occupation forces resulting in the martyrdom of some Palestinians and the injury of hundreds of others.
