Israeli forces on Monday declared that a closure will be imposed on the West Bank and Gaza Strip for eight days for the Jewish Passover holiday starting Thursday until midnight April 7.
Meanwhile Israeli forces intensified security measures in Occupied Jerusalem particularly around the Old City and at the main roads and entrances to al-Aqsa Mosque.
Israeli forces also erected military and police checkpoints across Occupied Jerusalem and intensified its troops on fixed military barriers at the main entrances to the holy city.
