Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Saturday shut down Zaatara military barrier before cars with Israeli civil yellow plates in both directions.
Eyewitnesses said that IOF soldiers banned the vehicles with yellow plates from crossing the checkpoint and blocked traffic.
The drivers therefore had to take alternative bypass roads through the nearby towns of Jammain and Oserin.
IOF troopers erected a makeshift barrier at the junction of Yitzhar settlement and banned the cars with yellow labels from passing through.
