Hundreds of Palestinians marched in Nablus city on Sunday morning in the funeral of the Palestinian martyr Amir Shehada 19 who died on Saturday evening after being shot by Israeli settlers in Urif village south of Nablus.
The PIC reporter said that the funeral procession set off from Rafidia Hospital west of Nablus toward Shehada’s family house in Urif village.
He added that the funeral witnessed a wide participation by Nablus residents and representatives of Palestinian factions.
Shehada was injured by a live bullet to the chest during clashes between Palestinian citizens and Israeli settlers at the entrance to Urif village. He was transferred to Rafidia Hospital while in a critical condition shortly before the Ministry of Health announced his death.
