Palestinians in al-Issawiya town northeast of Occupied Jerusalem performed Friday prayer at the western entrance to the town for the third week in a row against Israeli offensive practices.
A protest sit-in was held after Friday prayer with the participation of scores of Palestinians of the town and Occupied Jerusalem including Arab MK Ahmad al-Tibi former Minister of Jerusalem Hatem Abdulqader deputy mayor of Jerusalem Abdullah Siyam and lawyer Ahmad Saadi.
Speeches were delivered in the protest amid chanting against Israeli violations home demolition policy seizing of lands and the displacement of Palestinians.
Israeli occupation forces dispersed the protesters and erected metal gates at the town’s western entrance.
