A delegation of Hamas Movement on Tuesday met with Lebanese political security and religious officials in Saida city near Beirut in Lebanon.
The Hamas delegation was headed by its representative in Lebanon Ali Baraka and included deputy of Hamas political official in Lebanon Jihad Taha and Hamas political leader in Saida and its refugee camps Ayman Shanaa.
The delegation talked over the terrorist explosive attack that targeted a Hamas member in Saida last Sunday. They condemned the attack and called for supporting the Palestinian-Lebanese unified position in resisting the Israeli occupation.
The delegation extended Hamas’s gratitude to the Lebanese officials for their efforts and reiterated that Hamas is keen on civil peace in Lebanon and on the security and stability of the country.
Baraka said that Hamas is in contact with the Lebanese security forces for finding out the criminals who are responsible for the terrorist attack.
