The Israeli occupation army on Tuesday notified Palestinian citizens of its intent to seize their lands in Jab’ah village west of Bethlehem.
According to local sources Israeli forces stormed the area near a military checkpoint called Hala and put up a notice informing the landowners of the Israeli decision to appropriate four dunums of their land there.
The notice said the seized lands which belong to the families of Abu Lawha and Humaidan would be used to build a parking lot for Israeli vehicles.
About one month ago the Israeli army announced its intent to appropriate over 2000 dunums of land owned by Palestinian citizens from the same village for military purposes.
