The Hamas Movement has strongly denounced the Israeli occupation authority (IOA) for demolishing four homes belonging to Palestinian detainees and displacing their residents at dawn Thursday describing the measure as “a racist and terrorist behavior.”
In a press release Hamas spokesman Hazem Qasem said that Israel’s demolition policy would always be fuel for the Palestinian people’s revolution.
“The occupation is delusional if it thinks that such terrorist behavior can stop our people’s struggle. All the facts have proved that the policy of home demolition will remain fuel for our people’s raging revolution” spokesman Qasem underlined.
Israeli army bulldozers at dawn Thursday demolished four houses belonging to families of Palestinian detainees in Beit Kahil town northwest of al-Khalil.
The detainees have been accused by the IOA of killing an Israeli soldier near the Gush Etzion settlement bloc in Bethlehem last August.
