The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Saturday forced a Palestinian farmer to leave his own land near the Huwara checkpoint in Nablus after he went there to collect olives.
According to local sources a farmer was embarking on collecting olives from his grove when soldiers suddenly came from the nearby checkpoint of Huwara and forcibly removed him from his land.
Every year during the olive harvest season Palestinian farmers their families and their lands in the occupied West Bank are exposed to attacks by Israeli settlers and soldiers.
Since the harvest began in early October several incidents of Israeli attacks on farmers and their crops have been reported by activists and organizations in the West Bank.
