The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) at dawn Thursday kidnaped at least 13 Palestinian citizens during campaigns in different West Bank areas.
According to local sources a large number of Israeli troops stormed Ramallah city and nearby towns and kidnaped some citizens including senior official of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine Waleed Hanatsha.
The IOF also kidnaped a university student called Mohamed Zahran from Deir Abu Masha’al village in the northwest of Ramallah and another young man from al-Janiya village.
Clashes also broke out between local youths and Israeli soldiers in Attaira neighborhood of Ramallah. A photojournalist reportedly suffered a rubber bullet injury during the events.
10 others were also taken prisoners during IOF raids on homes in other West Bank areas.
