UM Al-FFAHM (PIC)– The Islamic Movement in the 1948 occupied lands has called on both the PA presidency and premiership to resume talks on the formation of a national unity government in the wake of PA chief Mahmoud Abbas’ call for early legislative elections.
The Movement in a statement on Saturday asserted that Palestine is the home of all Palestinians and warned that Palestinian infighting is more dangerous to the Palestine cause than the Israeli occupation.
“Feudal fighting would only serve the Israeli occupation” it said adding that the Gaza Strip had turned into an international symbol for conquering occupation and none should distort this image through irrational behavior.
