Palestinian Arab and European organizations operating in Europe have released a petition rejecting the US peace plan for the region (the deal of the century) and the Bahrain economic workshop which will be held on June 25-26.
The petition which was signed by dozens of organizations from across the European continent and published by the Popular Conference for the Palestinians Abroad on its website strongly condemned the US deal of the century and the economic conference in Bahrain as well as all the previous steps taken by the US on Jerusalem and UNRWA.
The petition called on all Palestinian factions and groups to work on ending the division in the Palestinian arena in order to face the serious challenges targeting their people and national cause and to take advantage of the Palestinian consensus against the US peace plan.
The petitioners also urged the European governments to confront the US administration’s unilateral steps towards the Palestinian cause and its violation of the international law in this regard.
They said that several Palestinian activities against the US peace plan would be organized in Europe calling on all Palestinian Arab and Islamic communities in the European Union states and supporters of Palestine to actively take part in these events.
