The Israeli police at night Sunday stormed al-Aqsa Mosque and forced the Palestinian worshipers out.
Thousands of Palestinians earlier performed night and Tarawih prayers at al-Aqsa Mosque on the seventh day of the holy month of Ramadan.
Violent clashes broke out between the Israeli police and Palestinian citizens following the prayers in Bab al-Amud area.
The Israeli police heavily fired stun grenades at the worshipers forced those inside the mosque out and arrested two children identified as Esam Abu Nab and Mohammed al-Ghazzawi.
