Head of Hamas’s political bureau Ismail Haneyya has warned that the Palestinian cause is under attack on all fronts in Jerusalem the West Bank the Gaza Strip and even inside Israeli jails.
In a press release on Monday Haneyya called on the Palestinian people from all spectra to close ranks to confront this all-out attack against their national cause.
He affirmed that the Palestinian resistance is ready to respond to any Israeli violation of the red lines.
In another statement Haneyya denounced US president Donald Trump’s proclamation that considered the Syrian Golan Heights an Israeli area expressing his belief that there is a US plan targeting the Arab region.
“Such American positions and unjust decisions that come from overseas will never change the historical and geographical facts of the Syrian land and the Syrian Arab people’s right to the occupied Golan” the Hamas official stated.
“The Golan will remain an integral part of the Syrian territory and we stand by Syria in the face of such American arrogance that does not respect any international norms conventions and laws” he added.
