Qatari envoy Mohamed al-Emadi on Monday met with UN special coordinator Nickolay Mladenov at his residence in the Gaza Strip.
Emadi head of the Gaza reconstruction committee briefed Mladenov on his country’s efforts to alleviate the suffering of the population in Gaza.
He also discussed with the UN official the humanitarian situation in Gaza and the efforts being made in particular to address the electricity issue and provide employment opportunities for citizens.
