The Israeli magistrate court in Occupied Jerusalem on Saturday night decided to banish three Jerusalemite activists from the Aqsa Mosque for three days and give them third-party releases.
The detainees are Naser Qaws director of the Palestinian Prisoner Society in Jerusalem Ali Ajjaj and Hasan al-Kilani.
However the Israeli prosecutor asked the court to postpone their release until later on Sunday in order to submit an appeal to the district court in Jerusalem calling for extending their detention.
