The Israeli occupation authority (IOA) on Wednesday notified Palestinian citizens of its intent to demolish their structures in Shu’fat refugee camp northeast of Jerusalem.
According to local sources a crew of Israeli municipal employees escorted by police forces stormed the camp in the morning and photographed a number of Palestinian structures and raided several commercial stores.
Municipal employees delivered demolition notices to owners of homes and structures at the pretext of unlicensed construction.
