The Israeli police arrested on Monday a Palestinian young woman in al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem Awqaf official confirmed.
Spokesman of the Islamic Endowment Department (Awqaf) Firas al-Dibs said that Israeli police forces rounded up Muntaha Amara Sheikh Raed Salah’s niece after chase in al-Aqsa Mosque.
Amara was immediately taken to Al-Qashla police station west of the occupied city for unrevealed sources.
Earlier Monday dozens of Israeli settlers led by the extremist MK Yehuda Glick stormed al-Aqsa under police guard.
