A number of Palestinian civilians were left injured on Monday evening in clashes with the Israeli occupation forces in al-Khader town south of Bethlehem.
Local sources said clashes broke out in Umm Rukba south of al-Khader town shortly after full-armed Israeli forces rolled into the area and attacked Palestinian locals with spates of bullet fire and teargas grenades.
Scores of civilians choked on teargas and received field treatment over bruises and breathing disorders inflicted in the assault.
