A Palestinian young man was left injured on Sunday evening in clashes with the Israeli occupation forces in the northern occupied West Bank province of Nablus.
Local sources said Israeli forces cordoned off access roads surrounding Joseph’s Tomb to secure a break-in by Israeli settlers into the holy shrine.
Israeli soldiers opened fire at power poles in Palestinian residential neighborhoods resulting in a power outage.
Clashes burst out in the area. A Palestinian youth was shot by Israeli forces with live ammunition in his thigh and taken to the Rafidia Hospital for urgent treatment.
Sometime later over five buses carrying extremist Israeli settlers showed up in the area.
