Israel’s Salem military court sentenced on Monday a Palestinian lawyer to 11 years in prison and a steep fine.
The Israeli court ruled that lawyer Luay Sa’abna be incarcerated for 11 years and pay a fine of 10000 shekels.
Attorneys and human rights activists dubbed the verdict as “harsh” and “unfair” saying no reasonable charges have been delivered by the Israeli panel of adjudicators.
Sa’abna was arrested by the Israeli occupation forces on February 1 2018 following a raid on his family home.
