Five Syrian soldiers were wounded in the latest Israeli airstrike on Syria the state news agency SANA reported on Sunday.
The new air raids targeted military outposts after midnight in Syria’s Homs province according to SANA.
The raids early on Sunday were the third in recent days including an attack on Friday that killed two military advisers affiliated with the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps according to Iran’s Mehr News Agency.
The Israeli army has carried out hundreds of air attacks against targets inside government-controlled parts of Syria in recent years including two missile strikes last month on Aleppo international airport.
