The Arab Parliament called on world powers to classify Jewish settler groups who attack Palestinian communities in Nablus as terrorist organizations.
The settlers’ terrorism has become a systematic policy the Parliament said in a statement issued Tuesday saying that impunity gave them a green light to escalate their crimes and attacks.
Nablus settler attacks brought to mind the Dawabsha family arson attack Muhammad Abu Khudair murder the Al-Aqsa Mosque attack and the Ibrahimi Mosque massacre the statement reads.
The Parliament further called on the international community and the UN Security Council to take immediate and urgent action to stop the ongoing settler attacks being carried out against the Palestinian people and their property under the protection of an extreme right-wing Israeli government.
Last Sunday a Palestinian was killed and 390 more injured during organized settler attacks in Hawara town south of Nablus.
Dozens of Palestinian homes shops and vehicles were set ablaze during the attack locals said adding that Israeli forces have reportedly granted settlers open access to the Palestinian town.
