Israel has bombed the Gaza Strip at dawn Monday targeting Palestinian resistance sites.
Several explosions were reported in Gaza early on Monday a PIC reporter said.
There was no immediate word on casualties.
The Israeli army claimed it had attacked an underground site “containing raw materials used for the manufacturing of rockets belonging to the Hamas organization.”
The Palestinian resistance responded by firing a number of rockets at southern Israel.
For his part spokesman for Hamas Movement Hazem Qassem said that the Gaza attack came in coincidence with the Israeli aggression on Nablus and Jerusalem.
