Armed clashes broke out at dawn Sunday between Palestinian resistance fighters and the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) in different areas of Jenin.
According to local sources Israeli forces and their vehicles came under fire from resistance fighters after they stormed Jenin City and its refugee camp.
For its part al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades said that a group of its fighters opened fire at IOF vehicles and attacked them with a homemade explosive device in Aja village south of Jenin.
In a separate incident the IOF raided on Sunday morning the house of prisoner Walid Daqqa and interrogated his wife in Baqa al-Gharbiya City in 1948 occupied Palestine (Israel).
Local sources told the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) that the IOF went on the rampage through Daqqa’s house and prevented his family from photographing the raid.
