The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped on Tuesday a number of Palestinian citizens during raids in the West Bank while resistance fighters targeted them in different areas of Nablus.
According to local sources the IOF kidnaped two young men from their homes in Balata refugee camp in eastern Nablus. Resistance fighters reportedly exchanged fire with the IOF in the camp.
The IOF also stormed Khilat al-Amud neighborhood in Nablus where they raided the house of ex-detainee Mohamed Tabanja and ordered his family to tell him to turn himself in.
IOF vehicles also came under gunfire attack upon their withdrawal from the neighborhood.
Another shooting operation targeted Israeli troops as they were moving near the Beit Furik checkpoint after midnight.
In Ramallah the IOF kidnaped a young man after ransacking his home in Jifna village north of the city.
