The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) delivered on Monday military notices ordering a halt to the construction of 10 Palestinian homes and structures in Deir Ballut town west of Salfit.
According to Deir Ballut mayor Sameer Nimer the IOF delivered stop-work orders against several inhabited homes a cow shelter and a wedding venue belonging to several local residents at the pretext of unlicensed construction.
The Israeli occupation authority systematically demolishes Palestinian homes and structures in the West Bank and east Jerusalem at the pretext of unlicensed construction while it prevents the local residents from obtaining permits or makes it difficult for them to meet construction conditions.
