The Hamas Movement has warned of serious repercussions if the Israeli occupation state persisted in violating the Islamic sanctity of the Aqsa Mosque.
In press remarks on Sunday Hamas spokesman Mohamed Hamada said that the intensive Muslim presence at the Aqsa Mosque is important to guard it against the Israeli Judaization plans.
Spokesman Hamada held the occupation state fully responsible for any consequences resulting from its ongoing violations at the Mosque adding that it would pay dearly for its actions.
“The occupation’s plots go beyond its current violations. It has dreams of destroying the Aqsa Mosque” the spokesman pointed out.
The spokesman affirmed that the Palestinian people’s resistance protects the Aqsa Mosque describing the Judaization plots threatening the holy site as “short-lived.”
He stressed that the Palestinian people and their resistance are always ready to respond to any Israeli aggression against the Aqsa Mosque.
