The Arin al-Osoud (Lions’ Den) armed group released a statement on Friday night saying it is going ahead with resistance acts against Israeli occupation “till the last fighter.”
“Mistaken is who thinks that he has information about Lions’ Den. Oh our dear people we tell you that our fighters have been divided into three groups: martyrs injured and soldiers.”
“Resistance will persist till the last fighter. Cowards shall never survive. Rifles shall never remain if they are not used in (armed) engagements against the enemy.”
The group also saluted all resistance fighters across the West Bank addressing the residents of the besieged Nablus city by saying: “If you are suffering they too are suffering. They are besieged in their settlements” referring to Israeli occupation.
“Be patient and stand firm for the resistance is planning what will satisfy you” the statement concluded.
Lions’ Den is an armed group that has emerged out of Nablus in the past few months following the escalated IOF and Jewish settlers’ systematic attacks against Palestinians and their property.
