Member of the Islamic-Christian Committee in Support of Jerusalem and its Sanctuaries Father Manuel Musallam said on Friday that the Palestinian resistance fighters who have been confronting the Israeli aggression are the source of safety and security adding that they pave the way to the full liberation and return.
Father Musallam hailed the Palestinian youths in the West Bank who have been confronting the Israeli occupation forces in Nablus and Jenin labeling the occupation of the Palestinian lands and sanctities as “terrorism”.
Musallam affirmed that the Israeli occupation constitutes a threat to the Palestinian existence adding that no peace or freedom would be achieved for Palestinians under “Zionist occupation”.
He called on the Arab foreign ministers who are scheduled to meet on Tuesday and Wednesday in preparation for the Arab League summit hosted by Algeria to work towards ending the Israeli occupation.
Palestinian youths have been escalating their resistance activities in several areas of the West Bank in response to the ongoing Israeli aggression and the daily Jewish settlers’ incursions to Palestinian homes lands and sanctities.
