Sheikh Kamal al-Khatib deputy head of the Islamic Movement in 1948 occupied Palestine has called on the Palestinian people from all spectra to be vigilant and keep their eyes on the Aqsa Mosque.
In a speech during his visit to the Aqsa Mosque on Wednesday Sheikh Khatib said that the Aqsa Mosque needs the presence of everyone old and young at all times especially during the five prayers.
He expressed his belief that all the Israeli “dark schemes” targeting the Aqsa Mosque would be doomed to failure describing its exposure to daily desecration by Jewish settlers as “vicious and flagrant attacks on an Islamic holy site.”
The Palestinian official underlined that the Aqsa Mosque belongs exclusively to the Muslim nation and can never be a temple.
He called on the Israeli occupation state to reconsider its miscalculations regarding the Aqsa Mosque and to realize its true value to the Muslim nation.
