The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped last night and at dawn Sunday a number of Palestinian citizens in the West Bank.
According to local sources the IOF stormed Makhfia neighborhood in Nablus City and kidnaped a citizen after raiding his home and interrogating him.
The IOF also fired live ammunition and tear gas canisters at local youths during clashes with them in Nablus.
Last night another citizen was kidnaped by the IOF at the Za’tara checkpoint in southern Nablus.
In Ramallah the IOF kidnaped two citizens at a makeshift checkpoint near the eastern entrance of Mughayyir village.
Meanwhile several resistance incidents targeted Israeli soldiers and settlers during the last 24 hours in Jerusalem and the West Bank.
In Jerusalem violent clashes broke out between Palestinian young men and Israeli police forces in Biddu town northwest of the holy city.
Young men also clashed with the IOF in Deir Ibzi village in western Ramallah and near the illegal settlement of Tzur and Sa’ir town in al-Khalil.
In Jenin resistance fighters detonated an explosive device at the Israeli military checkpoint of Jalamah and successfully withdrew from the area.
In Nablus resistance fighters opened fire at an IOF post on Mount Gerizim and at a group of soldiers who stormed the Old City of Nablus.
