Israeli occupation forces (IOF) arrested the Palestinian ex-prisoner Bilal Kayed at the Huwara checkpoint south of the West Bank city of Nablus on Sunday evening.
Local sources reported that Kayed was arrested while he was passing through the checkpoint of Huwara adding that he was transferred to a nearby military camp.
41-year-old Bilal who is an ex-prisoner from Nablus was released in 2016 and spent 15 years in Israeli prisons.
In June 2016 prisoner Kayed was on hunger strike for 70 days in protest at his 6-month administrative detention order issued against him after he completed his 14 and a half years sentence. He ended his hunger strike in the light of Israeli promises not to extend his administrative detention order.
