The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) arrested several Palestinians from different areas of the West Bank at dawn Thursday.
According to local sources 10 Palestinians were detained during the raid campaign including two leaders of Hamas Movement in Jenin.
The leaders Nazih Saeed Abu Oun and Muhammad Abdel Raouf Hamdan were among the detainees.
Clashes erupted during the arrest campaign in Ya’bad town in Jenin where several youths suffered from teargas inhalation.
The IOF troops were intensively deployed throughout the surrounding towns while a young man was detained in the Dheisheh refugee camp south of Bethlehem.
The IOF also arrested a young man after stopping his car at the Annab military checkpoint at the entrance to Nablus.
Earlier Wednesday IOF troops shot and killed a Palestinian teen as violent clashes erupted in the West Bank city of Nablus.
At least 31 Palestinians were also wounded four of whom were shot with live ammunition and three of whom were in critical condition the Palestine Red Crescent said.
